Our Brand Reps are the hands and feet of our business. That means you are the ones interacting with and educating hostesses and customers at in-home and online trunk shows. You will not stock inventory or distribute product, but you will set up your EJD Jewelry Box and help your customers choose the perfect pieces for their wardrobe!
Your EJD Jewelry Box gives you everything you need to get started as a Brand Rep. You will get samples of everything in our Everyday Basics Collection including length and finish options – it’s over 30 pieces of jewelry.
There is no requirement on how many hours you should work, and it will vary from person to person. You will get out of this what you put into it. This can be your side job, part-time or full-time job, it is what you make it.
Your pay will depend on the work that you do. You can receive anywhere for 20-35% commission on your work + additional team bonuses.
The minimum sales requirement is $1,200 in cumulative sales over a three month time period (quarterly). As you grow with the company you will receive a deeper commission, higher discount on EJD products and your minimum sales requirements will increase.
Absolutely! We don’t even consider this a sales job. You’re a relationship builder, educator and facilitator, but never a salesperson. We never want to push our products on anyone, if they believe in what we do and EJD fits their lifestyle then they will buy, it is not your job to persuade them. As a Brand Rep you educate on EJD, our values, materials, processes, styling, programs, etc., and we are certain the product will sell itself, because we believe in it.
We are limiting Brand Reps per zip code because we want to help you build your hostess
network and prevent the market from becoming flooded with reps. Limits are decided based on the population per zip code, but in general we will allow 3-5 per zip code. Once the limit is reached any further requests for that area will be but on a wait list.
